The Ritual: How to Use

1. Prepare the Space: Open a window or door to allow the stagnant energy (and smoke) a clear path to exit.

2. Set Your Intention: Hold your unlit Sage or Palo Santo. Close your eyes and visualize what you wish to release and what you want to invite in.

3. Strike the Match: Use the blue-tipped match to light your herb of choice. Let it flame for 20 seconds, then gently blow it out until a steady stream of smoke remains.

4. Waft the Smoke: Holding the Abalone shell underneath to catch any ash, use your hand or a feather to direct the smoke into the corners of your room, around your body, or over sacred objects.

5. Extinguish: Gently press the glowing end into the shell or a bit of sand until it is fully extinguished. Store for your next reset.
